New Funding

WPCLN and Melbourne Water are working in partnership to provide funding to landholders

with Creek or River frontage to fence off and revegetate areas of waterway frontage. Funding is also available for weed management along waterways and off stream watering for stock.

Nursery name change

The CEC Community Nursery and Seed bank has had a name change to

Westernport Indigenous Nursery.

 

We still have the same fantastic indigenous plant varieties from quality local seed. We also rescue plants from areas facing development, propagate plants and train volunteers.

 

Weeds - they're everywhere.

Weeds are everywhere, but sometimes we get a species or two that are more of a problem than usual. You can dob in a weed, and do your bit. See link below.
